DIOLEN
Economical construction for beginners paddling easy slalom courses.
Material composition:
- quality epoxy  resin system
-deck:  glass fabric ,  with no vacuum bag technology used
- hull:  glass fabric , 2 sq meters of carbon/aramid fabric under the seat, with no vacuum bag technology used
- single aramid seams on the inside and outside.
- hard foam  pillars (Styrodur) connecting the deck and the hull
 Weight: K1 9.8-11.5 kg, C1 10-11.8 kg
The weight of the boat depends on the volume of the boat. e.g. a boat for an 80 kg competitor is heavier than a boat for a 50 kg competitor.

CARBOLIGHT               PROFI               FLEXIBLE MIXT DIOLEN

Our highest quality racing boat. This construction is for the most demanding slalom racers who demand the highest quality, stiffness and design.
The boat is made using vacuum technology, where the epoxy resin hardens at high temperature.

High performance racing construction. More durable than Carbolight construction.
The Profi construction is most often used by competitors who train on stony and shallow terrains.
More carbon-aramid material means a tougher boat when you compare it with the Carbolight construction.
Both the bottom and the deck are more resistant to the penetration of sharp stones into the inside foam plates.

Good economical construction, suitable for beginners as well as advanced racers and racers who already started training regularly on medium difficult slalom courses. The Flexible hull is more resistant to stone impacts than Carbolight or Profi construction. Economical construction suitable for beginners or advanced paddlers paddling easy slalom courses. - quality epoxy resin system
- about 80% carbon fabric and about 20% carbon-aramid fabric in places where more frequent contact with obstacles is expected.

- a unique combination of 3 types of foam plates in the Pyramid shape.

- single aramid seams on the front inside and  double seams on the back inside.

- seamless on the outside (except for the bow and stern tips for extra protection where there is a thin black aramid tape) for the best possible aerodynamics.

- special lightweight carbon/aramid internal reinforcements connecting the deck and the hull
